This was perhaps one of those Christmas interludes in many romance series. The story was too short-apparently even the author or publisher thought so too, since it was listed as book 3 but so was the subsequent book? Since the other book 3 was only 199pp, perhaps they should have been joined into a set? There was little effort to connect this vignette to the series.
